Information We Collect

SpinDynamics, Inc. ("SpinDynamics," "we," "us," or "our") collects information that you provide directly and information generated through your use of our platform.

• Account Information — name, email address, organization name, billing details, and authentication credentials you provide during registration.
• Usage Data — API call volumes, endpoint usage patterns, latency metrics, SDK version information, and feature interactions within the dashboard.
• Inference Metadata — model identifiers, request timestamps, token counts, routing decisions, and performance telemetry. We do not store the content of your inference inputs or outputs.
• Device Information — browser type, operating system, IP address, and general geographic region derived from IP for service optimization.

How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery — to provision and maintain your account, route inference requests, enforce rate limits, and provide technical support.
• Platform Optimization — to improve routing algorithms, reduce latency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the overall reliability of the SpinDynamics mesh.
• Security — to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other malicious activity on our platform.
• Communication — to send service notifications, incident reports, billing information, and (with your consent) product updates and announcements.

Data Processing & Storage

All customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Data is processed within the region specified by your account configuration. Enterprise customers may select specific data residency regions (US, EU, APAC) to meet regulatory or compliance requirements.

Inference requests are processed in ephemeral compute environments and are not persisted beyond what is necessary for request completion and metadata logging.

Data Retention

• Inference logs — metadata retained for 90 days for debugging and billing reconciliation, then permanently deleted.
• Account data — retained for the duration of your active account.
• Post-termination — upon account closure, all associated data is purged within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@spindynamics.net.

Third-Party Services

SpinDynamics utilizes third-party cloud infrastructure providers for compute and storage. All third-party providers are contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.

We use anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve our platform. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• GDPR (EU/EEA) — right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.
• CCPA (California) — right to know what data is collected, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and right to non-discrimination.

Cookies

SpinDynamics uses essential cookies only — strictly necessary for authentication, session management, and security. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not engage in non-essential cookie tracking.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
